Helping individuals, relationships and teams move forward.
With over 25 years of senior healthcare leadership experience, I help people achieve clarity, have better conversations, and move forward with confidence when navigating change, pressure or conflict.
Sometimes work doesn't feel quite as it should.
Perhaps you're here because of...
a recent lack of spark or sense of conviction
a relationship that has become strained.
a team that doesn't feel like a team.
a leadership role that seems to present one obstacle after another.
a new role that feels both exciting and uncertain.
or simply a sense that something needs to shift.
Whatever brings you here, you don't have to work it out alone.
Who I help
Whether you're stepping into a new role, navigating change, rebuilding confidence or simply looking for the space to think more clearly, I offer the opportunity to reflect, challenge your thinking and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
When working relationships become strained, communication often becomes more difficult and misunderstandings can quickly take hold. Through carefully facilitated conversations, I help people understand one another more clearly, gain fresh perspective and work towards a constructive way forward.
Teams don't need to be in crisis to benefit from support. Whether you're bringing together a new leadership team, navigating organisational change, facing challenges, or simply wanting to work together more effectively, I create space for open and honest conversations, to strengthen trust, improve understanding and build a stronger sense of shared purpose.
What it's like to work with me
People often tell me that they leave our conversations feeling...
Heard.
Clearer about what's really happening.
More aware of their own strengths.
Better able to make decisions.
More confident about the next step.
With practical ideas to explore between sessions.
My style is thoughtful, supportive and encouraging, but not passive.
Alongside creating a confidential, non-judgemental space, I'll ask questions that encourage you to look at situations differently, notice patterns you may not have seen before and consider possibilities that might previously have felt out of reach.
I won't tell you what to do.
But I will help you think differently.
You don't need to know exactly what kind of support you need before getting in touch.
Sometimes an initial conversation is enough to explore what's happening, what you're hoping for and whether I'm the right person to help.
If it feels like the right fit, we can decide together what comes next.

About Me
Long before I became a doctor, I was fascinated by people.
My original plan had been to study psychology and sociology before a change of direction led me into medicine instead. Looking back, I realise that although I loved medicine, it was also the people behind the medicine that energised me.
What continues to inspire me
Over many years, working in the NHS, I've learned that people and teams are often more resourceful than they realise.
The pressures and constraints of modern working life can sometimes cause us to lose sight of our strengths and the choices available to us.
When people feel genuinely heard and have the space to reflect, they often begin to see themselves, their relationships and their challenges differently.
While we can't always change our circumstances, we can often change how we respond to them.
Greater self-awareness often brings a stronger sense of agency, helping people and teams move forward with greater confidence, clarity and purpose.
I've also learned that the best solutions are rarely imposed.
They emerge through thoughtful conversations, genuine curiosity and the willingness to explore different perspectives.
I believe people generally want to do the best they can.
And I believe that even small, often unexpected shifts in understanding can change what happens next.
